A chance to rifle through the archive of the (now closed to the public) Museum of Domestic Design and Architecture of Middlesex University. Holdings include the designs and source materials of the Silver Studio from c.1890 to 1963, Crown Wallpaper sample books from the late 1920s to 1970, Enid Marx Utility fabric designs, textile samples by the Silver Studio, Lucienne Day, Heal’s, etc., the personal archive of the graphic designer Charles Hasler, the book collection of J.M. Richards (editor of the Architectural Review), and back runs of journals in the field from 1930 to the 1980s.
