VISIT TO PRIVATE COLLECTION OF STUDIO CERAMICS, CHISWICK

A visit has been arranged to an important private collection of studio ceramics built up over the last 40 years. The collection includes work by Hans Coper, Lucie Rie, Bernard Leach, William Staite-Murray and Charles Vyse and going right up to the present day. As well as introducing us to the works, the collector will tell us about his relationship with many of the artists over the years. There will be two small groups, 2.30 to 4.00 and 6.00 to 7.30. Refreshments will be served. The cost is £25. You will be asked to remove your shoes at the entrance to the house.
