VISIT TO AN ARTS & CRAFTS HOUSE IN SOUTHWEST LONDON

A visit to see one of the finest examples of a Grade II-listed 1920s house, built as an Arts & Crafts Norfolk vernacular flint and pantile cottage, and designed by the prolific local architect John Sydney Brocklesby. It has more recently been enlarged and restored in the Arts & Crafts manner together with its garden. The interior is notable for its Ottoman tiles inset against a backdrop of adzed elm and oak beams. Each group will be limited to 15 but there will be two tours, at 14.00 and at 16.00, followed by tea.
