MUNSTEAD WOOD HOUSE & GARDENS, GODALMING

Owned by the National Trust since April 2023, a £10m project is restoring Gertrude Jekyll’s house and garden, arguably the birthplace of modern gardening. We will tour the main rooms of the house and garden to see the work in progress and learn how the Trust is preparing both the 1896 Lutyens house, designed to Jekyll’s requirements, and the garden for future opening to the public.
