A VISIT TO EXPRESSIONS IN BLUE, KEW GARDENS

This exhibition of monumental ceramics by acclaimed ceramic artist Felicity Aylieff is the second of our informal visits. Just turn up at Kew and we will go around the exhibition following an introduction by Sarah Nichols and then adjourn for refreshments and conversation. Aylieff is renowned for her longstanding collaborations with porcelain workshops and craftspeople in Jingdezhen, China. As well as her 5-metre- tall vases, this exhibition also includes colourful enamelled vessels with decoration inspired by her research at Kew.
